We came from the four dioceses - three of them are archdioceses! - were we witness to the Charism of our father Joseph Allamano: Pretoria, Johannesburg, Dundee and Durban. This time the Seminarians remained in Merrivale busy with attending classes at Cedara's St. Joseph Institute of Theology.
The first day - the 16th - was dedicated to a spiritual journey through our Founder's vision of holiness - as he saw it in his uncle, St. Joseph Cafasso - and to a re-visitation of the missionary attitudes requested by our Blessed Father from his missionaries. During this day we were guided by our confreres of the Merrivale Theological Seminary, fathers Piero and Cassiano.
On the second day we went about our religious "businesses" as Consolata missionaries in this country.
The next appointement of the Delegation is set to take place on April 18th at Mtubathuba for the Episcopal Ordination of Mgr. José Luís Gerardo Ponce de León - the Consolata missionary chosen as Vicar of Ingwavuma.
