{mosimage} The French People say: "Apres la
pluie vient le beau temps: after raining, there is nice time", which means after a period of troubles,
problems or misunderstandings, it is always possible to find the solution.
We all know the idioms
usually cannot be translated literally in another language. Ethiopia, our Missionary Motherland, during the last rainy
season was characterized by the vagaries of the weather. During that time, people were not in a good mood, especially in
Wonji and the surrounding area.
I was personally concerned
foremost about the prosperity of the Wonji People. It was not possible to spend some minutes without being frantic with
worry or grief because of the heavy rain. Currently, it is not raining and the flood is not foreshadowed neither in the
Journalists comments nor in the local authorities' speeches. We are very grateful to CRS ( Catholic Relief Services) and
all our Confreres, IMC in all over the world, for their spiritual, moral and financial assistance.
Thanks
be to the Almighty Father!
