He reiterated the fact that a good community life requires faith in God and love of neighbour. To him, a fruitful community comes from the realisation that God has a plan for each one’s life, that it is his desire to see each person associating well with the people he finds himself among, and that it is through those people that his will is accomplished for the individual.
{mosimage} Fr. Paco was therefore emphatic on the fact that just as the apostles of Jesus did not choose one another, each individual in the community should accept as God given, all the other members in the community, and hence offer oneself for the attainment of the community’s goal with love. After the much appreciated stay in the Novitiate, Fr. Paco left the Novitiate on Saturday 14th for Nairobi, where he was to officiate the Postulancy day in the Philosophicum, lead the celebrations of Consolata day the following day, before moving to Allamano House for a major visit in the theologicum.
We in the Novitiate wish him God’s grace in his work.
